1. The service

Yatule is a browser-based batch image compressor with format conversion, resizing, and cropping. All processing happens locally on your device.

2. Free tier limits

The free tier processes up to 5 images per page load, with a 10MB per-image limit.

Some advanced features (such as AVIF output) are available to Pro users only.

3. Pro subscription

Pro is available as Monthly (US$4.9/month), Annual (US$39/year), and Lifetime (US$69, one-time). Prices may change with promotions; the price shown at checkout governs.

Subscription plans (Monthly/Annual) bind 1 device at a time; the Lifetime plan allows up to 3 simultaneously bound devices. When switching machines, unbind this device in the Pro panel to free the slot; if you can't unbind yourself, contact support with your activation code.

4. Activation code rules

Activation codes are personal to the purchaser. They may not be resold, publicly shared, or redistributed commercially.

To prevent shared bypass, the number of devices bound to a code is limited by plan. We may restrict abnormal activation behavior.

5. Refund policy

Within 7 days of purchase, if the service fails to work for reasons not attributable to you, you may request a refund through the payment channel or by contacting support.

No refunds are given if your license was revoked for violating these terms.

6. Service availability and disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but are not liable for interruptions caused by networks, third-party services (including payment providers), or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Intellectual property and open source

The service is open source under the MIT License; you may view, modify, and distribute the code under its terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
